Our story

Healthy food that actually tastes good

Prendy's started with a simple frustration. Dwain Prendergast wanted to eat well, but the healthy options he could find were bland, samey or barely enough to fill you up. The food that tasted great was rarely the food that was good for you.

After twelve years working in food, he knew it didn't have to be one or the other. So he started cooking the meals he couldn't find: proper portions, real flavour, the protein counted, and a bit of Caribbean warmth on the side. Cooked fresh, chilled, sealed and delivered, so a good week of eating is one order away.
